The benefits of training at an REI centre

Training at an REI centre offers a number of benefits to trainees, employers and the community.

At some centres, trainees receive a recognised qualification in an area where there is currently a skills gap. Some centres also provide training in recruitment skills including job search, CV writing and interview techniques.

Other centres provide work experience places for local schools and some offer practical training for students completing A+ or similar qualification at college or other training establishment.

Many of the centres have established good relationships with local employers which help to offer successful trainees "a foot in the door" and aiding them into employment.

Employers can be assured that employees have reached a level of training assured by the REI Code of Conduct.
